We first sampled this cheese at a DC pop and fell in love. The flavor is so rich an creamy just like cheddar cheese. I use it for pastas, a snack to go with my crackers, and a topping for my burgers. Great product.

I used this cheese and made some mac and cheese for a pot luck at work. I am the only one on my team who is vegan so I was a little hesitant to make it. Luckily it was a success and my team loved it! Cannot wait to order more.
